First of all, we need to grate the Tempeh (fermented soy bean) and dry it for 24 hours by Air Drier for preservation aspect.
Then, mix all the dry and wet ingredients into a big bowl and stir with hands until it's homogenized. The ingredients? Owh...it's a secret! Shuush~
Then, shape the dough to somewhat cookie bar shape and fill in the middle of the cookie-to-be with dragon fruit puree (home made with no additive).
And the last step is, bake the cookies for 6 minutes at 147 degrees C. It's that simple!
